We chose to work with an artisanal distillery in Piedmont that uses traditional batch stills that can distill according to the variety of grape skins and eliminate the head and tail of the distilling process so that only the pure heart of the Grappa is kept. The stills work around the clock allowing them to distill fresh grape skins immediately following fermentation. The distillation of the fresh skins is essential to obtain a pure and elegant grappa with aromas and tastes that are characteristic of the grape variety.
Our Grappa di Chardonnay is appreciated for its elegance and the lightness of its aromas, typical of Chardonnay grapes.
To serve at 12°C – 16°C.
