Our winery is the story of a family with deep roots in the Illasi Valley, in eastern Verona. Since 1925, we have been making wine with commitment and consistency, combining traditional know-how with modern farming practices that help us work the land with respect.
The business began in the early 1920s, when Amadio Fasoli planted his first vines and delivered demijohns of wine to local taverns using a horse and cart. In 1925, the first invoice was issued — the official beginning of a story that now spans four generations.
In the 1970s, Gino Fasoli took over the family winery and expanded production. Shortly after, he developed an allergy to the chemical treatments used in the vineyard, and it became clear that a change was needed. We began the conversion to organic farming in the early 1980s, when very few believed in it. Today, we also follow biodynamic and regenerative practices to restore balance to the soil and protect the ecosystem.
We are farmers at heart. Our work is grounded in a deep connection to the land, in everyday gestures, and in a clear idea: to produce only what truly represents us. Wine, for us, is the result of choices made across generations — and renewed every day.
