We started organic farming in 1984, back when it was still considered a novelty. We stopped using chemical treatments to protect the health of those working the vineyards and to restore vitality to the soil.Every vine grows without pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. We promote biodiversity and apply regenerative farming practices to build a stable, healthy and resilient ecosystem.

Our 2025 sustainability report, highlights Fasoli Gino’s pioneering commitment to sustainable winemaking, with a focus on Equalitas certification, which evaluates environmental, social and economic aspects.
In 2006, we also adopted biodynamic methods. We use natural preparations, follow lunar cycles and farm based on a simple principle: the vineyard is part of a larger system that must be cared for as a whole. This approach helps us maintain balance in the vineyard, enhance the soil’s energy and support the plants’ vitality — with no forced interventions.
All our wines are certified vegan: we use no animal-derived substances at any stage of vinification. This choice reflects our desire to produce in a transparent and respectful way — towards the environment, and also the ethical values of those who choose our wines.
Our commitment doesn’t stop at the vineyard. In the winery, we reduce water consumption, use renewable energy, and choose lightweight, recyclable packaging.
We constantly seek solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and respect the environment. To us, sustainability means this: daily attention, one choice at a time.
"A strong nature is capable of defending itself and offers nutrient-rich, healthy products."
