Great attention is paid to the transformation phase. We use only free-running juice rather than pressing the grapes. This gives the wine a certain character. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and is completes in oak barrels of 25 hl where it remains for a further 15 months on the lees.
Liber is yellow with green tints. The expressive, delicate bouquet has notes of tropical fruit and light aromas of minty herbs which are typical of the variety. The complex aromas from the grape variety and the fermentation process make this wine very pleasant to drink. On the palate, the wine is fresh, full- bodied and has good acidity and minerality. Liber is very elegant with a long finish.
