“La Corte del Pozzo” Prosecco Frizzante DOC

The name “Corte del Pozzo” expresses the link with the inhabitants of the area who drew water from our well back in the 1900s.
The memory of farm animals is very dear to our farming history. The representation of the goose in a double-breasted jacket and tie is meant to symbolize the evolution of our organic wine, which over the years has reached the refinement and elegance it has always sought. The buttonhole flower is a Phacelia Tanacetifolia, one of the flowers that we plant in the vineyards following the biodynamic method of green manure.

Ideal as an aperitif with canapés, this wines pairs excellently with light starters. It is also good served without food and pairs well with delicate and simple dishes but also dishes such as fried fish.
