Chiaretto di Bardolino “La Corte del Pozzo” is the rosé expression of the grapes from the Bardolino area, cultivated on the hills overlooking Lake Garda. This organic wine captures the essence of spring with its bright salmon pink color and delicate aromas. The brief maceration on the skins gives the wine a light yet distinctive structure, perfect for accompanying moments of conviviality and summer dishes. A wine that tells the freshness of the Garda territory in every sip.
Characteristics
Vinification:
Harvest: Manual harvest of the grapes.
Maceration: The pomace is left to macerate in contact with the must for 12-15 hours at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Pressing: Soft to extract only the “flower”, with the right pink colour.
Fermentation: For 12-15 days at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.

The Chiaretto “La Corte del Pozzo” originates from vineyards located on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda, in the Bardolino area. The unique soil and microclimate, influenced by the presence of the lake, impart characteristic minerality and freshness to the wine.

AROMA: Delicately floral.
TASTE: Soft and fruity, with a balanced structure. A wine of easy drinkability, gentle and light, ideal for the warm seasons.
