Every bottle we create tells who we are. After a hundred years of dreams, challenges and visions, we have enclosed our identity in a sip. The 100-year Wine does not just celebrate the past: it lights up the future.
The grapes from our old vines of Corvina, Corvinone, Merlot, Pinot Nero e Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested by hand.
The wine ages separately in oak barrels for a long period of at least 36-48 months.
COLOR: Ruby red with violet reflections on the rim.
AROMA: An explosion of red fruits, blackberry, liquorice, leather, sour cherry, black pepper, spices, cinnamon, and cloves.
TASTE: Opens soft, velvety, spicy, and savory. Elegantly long on the palate. Vinous, with very fine tannins that express themselves along the sides of the mouth.
Red meats, mature cheeses. Also excellent on its own at the end of a meal, to be enjoyed with a balloon glass.
